I am pleased to announce Mr. Jerry Olson has joined the TwelfthRecon team.
He has conducted quite a bit of research on his father Lt. Elmer T. Olson (see photo), P-51 pilot with the 12th during World War II. He's also digitized over two hundred photos and documents from his father's papers and donated digital copies to the 12th Reconnaissance Squadron's Digital Archives. His contributions have already provided significant research breakthroughs and were instrumental to the success of the 12th's Centennial last year. He is very active in civilian aviation and an excellent addition to the project. We're glad to have him on board!
